Is this a good split?

For a long time now I've been doing a push/pull/legs split with only one or two rest days in between the split. starting to feel like I may be overdoing it and/or just need to change it up a bit.

Does anyone do something like this?
Does it look decent?

MONDAY - Chest
TUESDAY - Shoulders/Triceps
WEDNESDAY - Back
THURSDAY - Bicep/Forearms
FRIDAY - Legs
SATURDAY - Off
SUNDAY - Off

Since you have been training for a while, and you have put some research into it, I'd say move forward with it and keep us informed as to how it goes. I would switch the Tuesday and Wednesday work outs so that you aren't involving the triceps two days in a row. What kind of sets/reps/rest periods were you considering, and what are your goals?

Doing chest and shoulders on consecutive days will deteriarate the value of both workouts because shoulders might be still sore from chest day and you'll put stress on the chest on shoulders day so you don't get enough rest and your second workout wouldnt be as strong. The only time I recommend working them that closely is when you're doing something like DC training were you're working chest and shoulders on the same day.

I agree completely with this. With your current split I would move your leg workout in between your chest and shoulder workouts for this reason.
