Is it worth it for a crappy day?

This weekend, i went up to the Adirondacks to some winter camping and hiking. It was very cold, but very fun. But now, I am feeling tired. Also, my abductors hurts and my quads are not sore, but they feel a little tired.

So, Monday is my leg/calve day. The question is, should i go to the gym an do legs even if i know that it won't be my best effort? Or should i just skip it and get some rest tonight?

Is something better than nothing?

Go to the gym but just don't do legs. Do another body part. Try doing the body part that seems to lag behind the other one. If you are sore, I don't think its good to continue to workout sore body parts.

I would disagree with lilprincess. Working another muscle group could screw up your routine quite a bit. If your legs are too fatigued, I'd say let them rest. They did get a nice workout hiking all weekend, no?

Yeah, i think i am just gonna take the day off. I also think i am coming down with a cold from sleeping outside in like 8 degree temps. Damn my immune system!!

Try and squeeze in like 14 hours sleep tonight. Thank god for hollidays and sleeping in!
