these are top quality brand name bars . i wast old that if its expired it just loses some of its nutritional value..

now it says that out of the 21 grams carbs only 2net carbs "count" for low carb dieters. remaining 19 are "non impact carbs" (glycerin glycerin, maltitol, polydextrose and other fibers, which have a negligible impact on blood sugar levels)
is that true? so the calories from the 19 non impact carbs dont count? or they just dont convert to glucose? or they are metabolised differently and wont kick me out of ketosis?
