I started DC last week. Today was the most intense workout I have had.
Here is what I did
Sitting bicep curls X 15
Hammer curls X 18
stretch
Deads X 4
Deads X 20
Seated hamstring curls X 18
Standing Calf raises X 10
stretch
After doing my set of 20 deads, I layed on a bench for about 5 minutes because I almost passed out. It gave me a killer headache, but it also had me pumped.
