Okay...I'm having issues getting my ass to the gym. I've done the usual things, bought a new workout book, bought a new workout mag, bought new equipment and even tryed new suppliments. I have even tryed yelling at my weak sorry pathetic self. Reguardless what I do, I'm just not inspired to hit the gym. I look at my self getting weak and fat, but still just find myself vegging on the couch instead of busting balls on the bench. Anyone have any idea's to try to inspire me to get my fat lazy ass back to the gym?
