This info came from a National Middleweight competitor. Been in the Nationals several times. Saw her at the Arnold off-season and only contest ready pics, but she gets ripped and hard contest time. Only uses ephedrine/caffeine for thermogenics, similar rotating diet that my client used, but I don't know the specifics. Low intensity cardio (walking and cycling) precontest.
The following is not a recommendation, just telling it as I heard it.
Off-season, year-round 200 mg/wk testosterone enanthate
16 weeks out from a show. Either add another 200 mg/wk TE or add 200 mg/wk nandrolone. Total weekly, 400 mg.
Start dieting 12 weeks out. Gets no higher than 15% bodyfat off-season. She weighed about 145 when I skinfolded her a couple of years back at the Arnold. Was a little under 15% if I remember.
8 weeks out. Cut the test and nandrolone in half, add 50 mg winny 3x/wk and 5 mg oxandrolone per day.
7 weeks out. Cut the test and nandrolone completely. Increase the winny to 75 mg/ 3x wk and up OX to 10 mg/d.
3-4 weeks out, up the winny to 100 mg/3x per week and OX to 15 mg/d.
After the show, drop the OX and winny and go back to T and/or N. Get blood work done.
