i'm getting desperate!!

i've been trying to cut down for a few months now. i only have a very small layer of fat covering my lower abs, but i've lost a fair amount of muscle in the process. i'm dying to get back to bulking and do it clean this time, but i need to finish cutting so i have a nice six pack for the rest of summer (10% bf or so). i could really use any help so that i can get into the lower percentages.

right now i do cardio twice a weak, eat well, and take ECA before lifting 3x a week.

plz help me finish this up.

AG....Liqui-Clen...it will help you burn some fat....and allow you to keep more muscle in the process! Clen is awesome bro!
 
i'd like to stay natural...not because i'm a freak about roids or anything, but just because i have no connections for that stuff.
 
You need a lot more details than that bro, what you've posted is quite vague sorry to say.
lol clen might not be the best considering his age/situation

Hows your diet specifically, and your training?
 
my age was 16 when i joined in 2003. I'm 18 now. my diet is mostly clean food. lots of fish, chicken, some steak (though i feel im not eating as much protein as i should). i drink a fair amount of green tea as well. as far as training it's DoggCrapp style but no rest pauses 3x a week with 45 minutes of light cardio 2-3x a week.
 
apply some heat to the area before you workout. Try icy-hot or whatever has menthol, your body heat should get higher and you'll burn more calories during exercise.
 
im not sure its just stubborn fat. i definitely feel like there are things im doing wrong however i'll look into buying yohimburn.
