Most people think they already know how to train and eat, but want someone to sign off on their cycles or tell them that everything will be okay when they get bad sides, etc. To be honest with you I lurk around on the training sections but don't post as often, and I should spend much more time in the diet section. AAS is actually the easiest part of the equation. 10 weeks of something reasonable then PCT. Not hard. Diet and training is the hard part. I thought I knew a lot about training until I bought the book Starting Strength. 50 pages about how to swuat properly will teach you that you really didn't know as much as you thought you did.
