If diet is so important how come everyone always post here and not there

it really is amazing that people dont know how to eat...but they spend thousands on steroids thinking there gonna get swole

yea and u would think .. if they need tips .. it would be easier for them to stroll over to an all DIET section to get what they need..instead of fishing threw steriod threads .. :artist:

I know how to eat, and I know how to run drugs, I still don't make the best gains possible - because I don't know how to train for my goals.

About the personalities attracted to AAS use, 4 out of 10 of us have macho-man-syndrome.

It's always been like that. Most people think they already know how to train and eat, but want someone to sign off on their cycles or tell them that everything will be okay when they get bad sides, etc. To be honest with you I lurk around on the training sections but don't post as often, and I should spend much more time in the diet section. AAS is actually the easiest part of the equation. 10 weeks of something reasonable then PCT. Not hard. Diet and training is the hard part. I thought I knew a lot about training until I bought the book Starting Strength. 50 pages about how to swuat properly will teach you that you really didn't know as much as you thought you did.
