If diet is so important how come everyone always post here and not there

Hey bro's it's been well established that diet, not gear is the most important part of building quality muscle. Why is it that the AAS forum always has the most posts and the diet section next to nothing?

How about we post up some good bulking and cutting diets your choice. Get as detailed as you like.

Mods move this over to the diet section whenever you like. Just thought it might get more play here.

Maybe some of the new guys will start paying more attention to diet and less to large doses of gear?

Thoughts?

Most of use know what complex carbs/simple carbs are, protein, good fat/bad fat. That being said if you know your body weight and what you need to be taking in (either bulking or cutting) than your good. Besides wouldnt we all look like a bunch of faggots if we spent all day exchanging recipes on the diet forum =)

Yeah

Most of the activity on the diet board is n00Bs looking for help. Diet is more important than any cycle or supplement yet there is hardly any activity in there.

well everyone browsing the ass forums should not be asking for diet advice...if they are there obviously not ready for steroids...how can you be any bit advanced at the gym natural if you dont even eat right to begin with?

Well now I would not say that. lololololol

Yep… the moment I actually started to meet my protein requirements gains shot through the roof…(2gm/lb of bodyweight)

You really have to count your macronutrients though…
