Do any of you guys use this on a regular basis? Before doing DE squat dat on Wednesday...I put a little on my knees, elbows, and bic tendons. Had a great one...no pain during or after...

Thinking about putting it on my shoulders and elbows before doing speed bench tomorrow...

Horse linament is better...but if all you have is icy hot go for it. Ironmind sells something called nicoflex...strong shit. But yes it is a good idea to apply it before a speed session. Doesnt do much for ME days. But if it helps do it....
 
Worked great on sore ass and legs after sloppy pick up hockey games, but never EVER let it anywhere in the vicinity of the twig and berries, or youll be down for the count. i did this on a dare, and wanted to end my life

Thanks for the post b fold. I'm definitely going to give it a try. I'll do anything to lessen the pain of my biceptis tendonitis.

Just a quick heads up...but a lot of people suffer bicep tendonitis as a result of squatting with thier hands too close together. They tend to think it is from benching and it is their squat form causing it. Dont know if this is the case with you...but it is a possibility.

I just did it for fun and i am not kidding.
 
Yup lol keep it on your muscles and off your nads or you could end up crying in pain and even a shower will hardly help!!

It happened to me before, keep it for muscle relief only!!
 
a kinky girlfriend told me that if you ever do things like icy hot on a part of you that cant take it, then use milk to cool the area down. Showers dont work.

Course, i always took it lol
