I think my rotator cuffs are FUCKED,,,,,how do I rehab?

If it's not a tear and just inflamation, I'd recommend you look for an A.R.T practitioner around your area. From the way you described it, my injury was similar to yours. The doctor had me benching within a week an a half of therapy, something I didn't do for 2 months following the injury.

My doc told me to do front raises holding a dumbell with my thumb pointed straight down to build up the supraspinatus and infraspinatus. So far I'm not 100% but I'm improving.
 
Well I do know a little about this.........Feb 28 2002 I had my
surpaspinatus reattached........Not Fun !!

So Don't screw with it, find a good sports ortho. get it check out an MRI is the only thing that will really let you know whats up. So push for an MRI.

Don't try to work throught it ......... I did and ended up having problems in the trap and neck area. Thats when I finily went to a the Doc.

The happy ending.........Now it feels great I have gotten Most of my striength back and their is nothing I can't do. I'm careful and use great form it sure seems to be a better workout.

pauly, i had an impingment in my right shoulder,had all the symptoms of a RC tear,the pain was unbearable i could not even sleep it hurt so bad.i went to doc and for 2 years played the game of rest, take this pill take that pill, pt(FUCKING HMO'S) and in the end a simple fucking x-ray showed the problem,i had surgery and started back at the gym within 3 months with no restrictions.it's been almost 2 years and not a single problem... i guess my point is it may not be your RC at all then again i would not take a chance have it checked out.
 
Your right Deca is amazing stuff. I used 400mg wk of the norma's a year ago for 10weeks and it literally cured the pain in my neck and shoulder Id had from old Wrestling injuries. I mean I've had these aches and pains for years and they have not returned yet!

funny you should post this because I have my good weeks and then...what happend thur happens I wake up and can't move the damn thing..I take a week off and usally just fight throught it

I have learned which exercises are a no no

remember with an RC any movement backwards i.e. bb rows, t bar rows, seated rows... will cause little if any pain...

uprights rows, incline chest anything like that will kill you...I would suggest cutting out shoulders for now.,

also DECA and Winny can and may heal your RC if it gets really bad without surgery .... 10 week deca run and 12 week winny run has been suggested to me
