I ONLY have 5 minutes to eat

Currently going to school during the day. And at around 10am we get a 5 minute break. At that time I need to consume something that will slightly raise my blood sugar until I get my lunch at 11:30am. What can I eat in less than 5 minutes? And IN class!

I can't eat a sandwhich. I cant eat hardboil eggs neither. I need like a protein bar or something like that. Something I can take out of my bookbag, open and scarf down in less than 5 minutes before class resumes.

Everyone in my class starts to eat shit like potato chips and snicker bars.

What can "I" (a person that is into bodybuilding) eat?

I've been eating these in the meantime because a friend gave me some to try. But I don't know if they are any good for me.

But the ones I got are smaller. Half the size of these big bars. Instead of 30grams of protein they are only 15.
 
Make better protein bars.

Eat big breakfast and try to wolf down food. 5 mins only?i recommend whole food but bring a bag of pure almonds, better bars and anything else for snacks.

Try to eat every 2 hrs.

I feel your pain I work as a loan officer and constantly am on the phone, meeting with clients or there stopping by. I still get a hour lunch but can't take 3 times out of the day to eat solid meals.

What do you mean "make better protein bars"?

As for the snacks you mentioned I rather not eat snacks don't contain some form of carb and protein. I really need both in order for my brain to be optimal.

Just seems like all these protein bars are fucking loaded with sugar. And I really do NOT believe a word they say when they say they have protein and good carbs etc etc.

To me they are nothing but just all candy chocolate bars.
