Currently going to school during the day. And at around 10am we get a 5 minute break. At that time I need to consume something that will slightly raise my blood sugar until I get my lunch at 11:30am. What can I eat in less than 5 minutes? And IN class!
I can't eat a sandwhich. I cant eat hardboil eggs neither. I need like a protein bar or something like that. Something I can take out of my bookbag, open and scarf down in less than 5 minutes before class resumes.
Everyone in my class starts to eat shit like potato chips and snicker bars.
What can "I" (a person that is into bodybuilding) eat?
I've been eating these in the meantime because a friend gave me some to try. But I don't know if they are any good for me.
