Can Power cleans, on a regular basis, bring up my max bench press and raise my military press strenght?? If so, on what days can i incorperate them into my routine?

I dont have a problem with doin them, bout how effective are they?

and can they add bulk to my whole delt?

Oh, and, can i do them the same day as military press???

Please...anyone.....help me...:bawling: :bawling:

I don't think it's that people are igoring you, more as they don't know the answer to the question. Not many people, including myself, do power cleans in the gym. Keep this thread near the top and I believe bignate or CoolColJ can give you some insight into this.

sorry bro, I cant help, I dont do any olympic lifts

I've been doing far more shoulder presses of all sorts recently

Clean Presses didn't really bring my Max Bench UP BUT IT DID HELP A LOT ON PACKING MORE MASS ON MY SHOULDERS.

I had about the same weight you have and I can tell you that as soon as I started doing more "powerlifting" oriented exercise (Clean & Press, Deadlifts, Push Presses...) my mass started upping at a good rate.

Behind the neck presses work pretty good too for your shoulders

I found the best increase I ever had in bench press was when I started doing heavy weighted dips for tris

I'm not really sure how much they help you, as they're not a triceps movement, you should try the snatch instead
