alright bros i need a change plain and simple training and diet
Ive done madcow 5x5 before with good results. and now ive done a normal BB split. Now i need to switch things up.
My stats are 5,6 185pounds 15BF.
My main goal would be to had to had some mass over the next 3months and then possibly start cutting around jan-feb. So what kinda programs/ splits/workouts have worked best for you guys?
