Will eating pasta actually help me to get bigger, or is that something that i eat as a treat and then burn off at the gym, so it is like i never ate it at all? I have a decent amount of will power, so i only want to eat foods that will benifit me physically, not just taste good. If pasta is not something that will help me gain healthy weight, then forget about that. I have gone 2 months without touching pasta, and i can go on forever. I would love to eat tuna all day, right out of the can, but alot of people tell me that they have trace mercury levels in them, so you can't eat that much canned tuna.
