I got alot of questions!!

Yeah, your trainer was probably an idiot. How do your abes look? If you are 8% bf you'll have an answer to that.
 
He said i have 20% stomach fat, which is beliveable, but really low leg and upper torsa fat. My stomach is not even flat yet, so the guy was probably just a moron. I should get it done by someone else.
 
Yes, because 8% and 20% bf are not for your stomach or thighs. That means your entire body is either 8% fat or 20% fat. Maybe he just told you the milimeters that he measured. Like 8 mm on your thighs 20 mm on your stomach. Get him to clarify.
 
I want to get more defined, "cut" as most people say. I want to get some mass too, but i really want to be defined, not just big and bulky with no definition like the guys you see on worlds strongest man on ESPN. I don't plan on being a body builder at all, i just want to get very defined and have a bigger build. Hope that helps.
 
Will eating pasta actually help me to get bigger, or is that something that i eat as a treat and then burn off at the gym, so it is like i never ate it at all? I have a decent amount of will power, so i only want to eat foods that will benifit me physically, not just taste good. If pasta is not something that will help me gain healthy weight, then forget about that. I have gone 2 months without touching pasta, and i can go on forever. I would love to eat tuna all day, right out of the can, but alot of people tell me that they have trace mercury levels in them, so you can't eat that much canned tuna.
 
Your testosterone levels will never be as high are they are now...gain muscle. Definition will come as your body fat drops as a result of your lean mass increasing...or you can drop your fat now...but that wouldn't be any fun, or fulfilling :P. Heh ectomorph or mesomorph, take your pick ;).
 
Right, but you'll need some size. The number one factor in producin cuts is lowering bodyfat. Bear in mind that you will get SMALLER as you lose fat. There is not only fat under your skin hiding the muscles, but fat inside the muscles and underneat them. You could easily lose an inch off of your arms without losing any muscle, just by losing the fat in your arms. Keep that in mind when I say you need to get alot bigger or you will just look skinny. That will give you an idea of how I look and how much I weigh to give you a basis of how much muscle you may wish to gain. I'm currently 200 ibs in those pictures at 5'9" probably with less fat than you have now. So you may not wish to gain 80 ibs of muscle, but if you want to look say evenly between where you are now and how I look, you'll want 40.
 
As long as my body fat goes down, i want to gain as much muscle weight as i can. Its gonna be challengin though, going to college in the fall, gonna have to resist a lot of temptations.
 
Yep, most guys gain 20 ibs of fat on average the first year of college. Its alot easier to get girls if you have a nice body.
 
I also don't get sore the next day after i work out. I mean, i feel it a little, but after the first two days of working out at the gym, i don't really get sore the next day. I work out till failure, so i don't think i can push myself any harder. I just wake up the next day with no soreness, whats up with that?
