I did a full split today!

Just figured since I'm bored, and I feel so accomplished, I'd let everyone know I finally did a full-split today, crotch-to-floor! I'm so proud of myself...

Oh, and good mornings are insane for making you more flexible in terms of your hamstrings. I can now bend all the way down and touch my wrists to the floor.

And I'm not even Romanian!
 
I use good mornings instead of SL Deads... I just like the feel for them much better, and getting the form right is easier. Plus, I feel it much more in my hams with good mornings.

Use 35's and smaller plates on blocks and hold for 3 sec at the bottom without touching, now that hurts. And if you are a glutton for pain use an extra wide grip;)
