I am NEVER doing this exercise again...

For me it was upright rows. I stopped doing them after I started getting wrist problems. I tried them again recently, but I went really light and didn't lift too high. I still like the lift, but I think its a tad to painful on the wrists.
 
i would love to be a strongman one day.
i have the frame (6"4, wide built frame and only 16 yr so still growing) but im not very big and my lifts suck....

is there like any hope or are all these guys the kind that go into the gym for the first time and total 1000+

Rob Jan its all about determination, some have a gift but if they don't use the gift it is wasted. No one ever started out at the top its getting there that makes it fun....

I'm never gonna do the tire flip again...well...till next week.

Anyone have any other exercises they refuse to do?

Upright rows for me. They always screw up my wrists for some reason. Same with straight barbell curls. I used to love doing that exercise but after my accident i can't do them without feeling pain anymore.

I also gave up on bench for the past month. I wasn't getting anywhere with it so I decided to try and change up my chest routine.
