I am NEVER doing this exercise again...

Here is my list:

Deadlifts
Squats
Calve Raises
Lateral Raises
Military Presses
Rows

Now I do them all...thanks to a good bro I can train with, and all these made my overall strength go through the roof....I will never say never again....

I gave up dips for a while after getting my dick caught in the chain that held the weight. I am slowly getting comfortable with them again. I really thought that it ripped my dick off, no injury though!

I have given up squats because the free gym where I work only has a SMith machine. But I am doing quite well with sumos and machine front squats and lunges. I am on a committee that is coming up with recommendations and believe me a power rack will be near the top of that list!

I gave up and pulling movements behind the neck but just started again because I read in a book that behind the neck pull ups work the lower lats more. That's something I honestly thought I would never do again.

Oh yeah I have given up cleans and snatches of all kinds because I am into BBing now not power training for football. I may mess around with them again but doubt that they will ever be a serious part of my repertoire.

I have pretty much given up all plyometrics for the same reason as above

I have pretty much given up neck and forearm exercises.

I gave given up conventional DLs but just for the time being while I concentrate on Sumos for a while.

I have given up on leg extensions because I read on here they put a lot of bad torque on the knee and I have marginal knees (don't hurt when I take care of them but they will hurt if I run a lot and/or do leg extensions)

Damn I have probably given up more exercises than some of the people on here even do!

i have a herniated disk (or maybe more by now i dont know i havent had it checked in years , don't have health insurance) and I gave up on deadlifts a few times already. But I realize now that it's for the best I do them as I wanna bulletproof my lower back.
