Sweet. I had some rack of lamb at outback, beeg for next meal and finished off my day with a 50g shake with EVOO(1 tablespoon) in it. I'm going to start with a goal of ten fish oil caps. Still trying to get more protein from food. Is it okay to eat ever 1.5-2.5 hours?

i would go with 2.5 to 3 hours.
 
Oh ok. It's just hard to get all the protein in waiting 3 hrs. So far today I've had

M1-bacon and eggs(50g protein)
M2-fish oil caps(4), bacon, chicken(65g protein)

Now it's time to go to crossfit. Going to stop by and get some beans and cheese and broccoli after I workout.

you should look into cleaner protein/fats than bacon. if you are interested in a muscualr result, there are better options but again, its the final result youre looking at. if bacon gets you there, go for it.
 
After a week I'm down 12 lbs. I know most of that was water, but still. I only use a bit of bacon to supp the chicken and eggs. I need to be getting a lot of fat, right? I try to eat lots of beef and steaks. Managing my macros pretty well. Lots of fish oil and evoo for good fats. Thnaks for all the help guys. As soon as my dcp/ephedra comes in I will be logging how they are affecting the diet and result.
