Hey guys. This is my log of low carb dieting to go from 240 to hopefully 210-220 at 5'8. I have not maxed on any lifts since I started crossfit a few months ago. My one rep maxes are:
Deadlift 495
Bench press 300 with 2 second pause
Squat 385 below parallel.
All of my lifts were attwepted after a 5 month hiatus from any lifting. Never have done squats or deads that much, those are all raw as well. Once I get down to my desired weight I may or may not give up crossfit and engage in powerlifting. I'm seriously considering it. I think I have good genetics for it. I will take ANY advice you guys have to offer. Also, I will keep a log of what supps I'm running in addition to fish oil and a multi. Right now I'm only running Slin Sane(and this shit works). Thanks in advance bros!
Meal 1
Slin sane(2 caps) and then 20 min later 45g shake and 3/4 cups cooked oats

Crossfit workout
4 rounds of
90 reps w/ jump rope
30 dumbell snatches @ 35 lbs(15 each arm)
Time: 10:28

45g shake PWO

Meal 3
2 deer venison patties w/ ketchup and mayo

Meal 4
1 deer venison patty, 8 strips bacon, beef jerky(200g protein so far!)

Meal 5
2 beef patties(260g protein)

Meal 6
Probably going to be yet another protein shake. I just can't stay up much longer in order to get the OrbitNutrition recommended 350g protein. I will plan better tomorrow. Okay, eta I got the shake in. I'm going to get a food scale to weigh my deer venison patties. Should I weigh them cooked or un cooked? I estimate I got 310 min of protein. It was a chore but should get easier as I plan better next time. At the least, eggs and bacon in the am instead of a shake. Any suggestions for me, guys?

50g shake
Headed to outback now for wife's bday and then to wal mart to buy some greens.

What kinds of fruits and veggies should I be eating on a CKD diet?

about 7 to 10 servings of spinach, green beans, brocolli, and anything else with alot of vitmains and nutrients.

not a good diet plan at all. 3 shakes, 3 meals. 2 of the meals - venison, is a horrible choice for a ckd. theres less than 2 grams of fat per 3 ounces. ckd's require high levels of fat and vegetables and the fats you have in there are garbage. no fish oil, olive oil, udo's oil. i would do more research or you wont get the results you want. looks to me like youre gonna chew up muscle as protein is your main macro with little of anything else, and half of the protein is in shake form. this looks like an atkins diet and that is not good for bbers. drop the ketchup too.
 
I didn't know I was supposed to eat tons of greens and spinach. I will add some greens, bear with me. Also, I'm trying to add more food it is just a bit difficult. Keep giving me pointers guys. I obviously need all the help I can get.
 
15 to 20 caps a day on a ckd of fish oil. they are only 1g of fat each so you need a good amount.
Sweet. I had some rack of lamb at outback, beeg for next meal and finished off my day with a 50g shake with EVOO(1 tablespoon) in it. I'm going to start with a goal of ten fish oil caps. Still trying to get more protein from food. Is it okay to eat ever 1.5-2.5 hours?
