Hunger with EQ

Man i'm in my 6th week(600mg pw) now and my hunger is through the fucking roof.... I'm just never satisfied. So now i had to modify my calorie intake up too 1600 from 1200. I just can't maintain 1200 any longer. Is the 6 week point normal for this? I'm pretty sure i'm getting stronger, and i'm getting a little more vascular. Does that sound about right?

Lol, are you bulking? You gotta eat way more bro. I eat 2800 when dieting...
 
No I'm shredding... 5'8 Down from 225 now i'm at 195lbs. Started working out again and dieting real hard on march 1st. Start 40 mg ed of Var next Mon, my half way point with my Eq. I'm also down from 18% BF to 12.9 Bf since Mar 1
 
Are you a 110lb female? Unless the answer is yes, you're eaint WAAAAY too few calories. I'm smaller than Azul, and I rarely go below 3200 calories/day, even when dieting. And I don't usually do cardio. If I do cardio, I keep calories between 3200-3500, and that's dieting. If I'm bulking, it's 4000-5000/day. You should be eating a hell of a lot more calories bro, what are you trying to achieve?

I agree. I put figure competitors on 1200 a day. And that's only the last couple weeks. I'd die on that amount. If you lost that much weight in 6 weeks, I can gaurantee that you lost some muscle. You're starving yourself bro! Up your cals to at least 2400. What are your ratios? How did you come up with that diet? I start my pre contest diet at 3500 cals and usually work down to around 2800 the last few weeks.
 
Damnit, I thought my peephole was too small for anyone to notice... plus I'm a penguin, I painted my white parts black so I thought I was pretty sneaky, i guess you know now though :( Lol, actually I just assume that most people are heavier than me b/c I'm only 5'5", and fairly lean. I just started tren and creatine, so I'll actually be gaining size the next month or so but staying the same bf or dropping... still won't be much over 180lbs I don't think though. Anyway, to the original poster... you shouldn't have started at only 1200cal/day. Your metabolism is probably shot to hell from being so low on cals, it might be very difficult to lose more weight from this point. I suppose you could have a VERY sluggish metabolism and 1600 is ok, but I'd have started at least around 2500cal/day and cut back slowly if needed.
 
My Goal is too stay at around 185lbs and to just stay leaner. After my Cycle I want to continue to Stay active so i wont Baloon up to 225 again. I haven't lost any strength either w/ the recent dieting still put up 225lbs 16 times, can't wait to start the var!

And to makaveli Ive been dieting since march 1 and my protein ratio is still 2to1. Eat Tuna,beef jerkey,protein drinks,chicken breast,fruit, frozen entrees. But still Ive lost the weight over 3 months so it's not like crash dieting or anything.
