How you like my hometraining plan?

The following is my home workout plan, would like tosee your opinions
3 days per week kettlebells (all-round workout)
3 days per week my own weight training
1 day rest


Notice, this is not for bodybuilding purposes, butrather just to be in good shape.
 
exercising 6X a week for 1-2 hours a day is fantastic, it doesn't matter what it is, to get into shape

all these young guys watch youtube and think you have to be a bodybuilder and look like a race horse with veins and muscles popping out to be in shape. it just isn't true
 
I think your workout program looks great. On your rest day, I would do some light exercise to get the blood flowing and help with recovery. Something like going for a light walk outside for 30-45 minutes with a friend.

Especially now that it's summer, take advantage of the beautiful weather and go for a walk outside.
 
This plan looks good, especially if you only goal is to be in shape, and there are no bodybuilding contests, or anything like that. After all, doing something is definitely better than doing nothing at all, so you will surely feel the effects. If you will stop feeling progression, start adding variety - do different exercises, with different approaches. Our body has this ability to get used to anything.
