how to prevent ACNE on blast (long cycle).

I always had acne.

Already talked to dozens of bodybuilders and nobody knows what really causes Acne. And how to prevent them.

Some say to take AI (aromasin, arimidex). Others say to take anti-DHT (Dutasteride).

In the last cycle I had dozens of acne scars and spent a fortune on laser to improve.

Normally when I finish my cycles and start PCT acnes begins.

what to do? Not do PCT?

Please I need the truth. Help me only who knows the answer.

20mg of Accutane ED for 6 months could help if the acne is not too severe. A pretty hardcore med so do your research.

You could also try using a soap that has benzoyl peroxide @ 5% first when showering.

Accutane works well for alot of people.But sides could be bad.Also its famous for acne going away from use and then comming back worse afterwards.

Doxycycline Hyclate Capsules/ taken every 12 hours....This works for me...I got a lot of back and chest acne and also on my shoulders...I dont know what to do before then I went to the dermatologist and gave me this prescription,,the only thing I dont like with this med. is that you need to take it 30 mins. before eating and most of the time, I feel stomach pain. but as for the benefits, It works very well

Acne is caused by a high level of androgen. I have had severe acne problems on 600 mg week of test but on 600 mg test with 400 mg eq had no problems. This tells you that drug sinergy may have a possitive effect on the other compounds. Unfortunately all anabolic steroids increase the levels of androgen but a good anabolic androgenic ratio should give you no problems.

If you already have acne it mans your cebaceus glands increased its size and prouce more sebum, the use of common topics like salicilic acid can prevent more damage.

In order for the gland to go back to normal you have to stop the steroids usage until you stop producing acne.

20mg a day for 4 to 6 months (you are meant to take 1mg per KG). If you take it for a short period of time then acne can come back. Sometimes your spots will get worse in the beginning before they start to get better.

I am on my 3rd month into a 6 months course taking 20mg a day. So far the only sides I have had are very dry lips. Not even that side effect has gone.

Liver values are all OK. As I say it is a very harsh drug but does wonders for many people.

oh....you are taking 20mg...may i know how much you weigh?
I'm at 82 currently so wondering if i need to take lesser if lighter than you...
may i know what you meant by your spots might get worse?

Accutane worsen the acne for a bit but it's all good it'll clear the skin faster than anything
