I am 4 weeks into my cycle sus 250 e/w 40mg var e/d and just started T3 12.5mcg e/d ramping to 50 then back down. Strength has come up and I am losing fat but now after starting the T3 I feel like I am not gaining strength at all and I should be rockin full force. I am trying to get cut up but don't wanna lose muscle in the process. I am also taking .5mg a-dex e/d to keep bloat off but could it be suppressing my estrogen so much that along with the T3 it is actually being catabolic? After the cycle I am going to hit clen to finish it off as well while doing PCT 40mg Nolva 1st wk with 100mg clomid then moving to 20mg Nolva and 50mg clomid wks 2-3 starting PCT 1.5 wks after last shot. Do you think I should really up my protein while on T3 and post cycle for the clen to help keep muscle loss to a minimum? I am eating around 1g per lb of body weight right now e/d is that enough? Should I up it just while taking the T3 and clen or should I up it all together or just roll where I am at? I do have a bit of a head cold right now. Maybe thats it and I am just being paranoid. All help is always appreciated. Full cycle is 12 wks by the way.
