How much protein?

I am 4 weeks into my cycle sus 250 e/w 40mg var e/d and just started T3 12.5mcg e/d ramping to 50 then back down. Strength has come up and I am losing fat but now after starting the T3 I feel like I am not gaining strength at all and I should be rockin full force. I am trying to get cut up but don't wanna lose muscle in the process. I am also taking .5mg a-dex e/d to keep bloat off but could it be suppressing my estrogen so much that along with the T3 it is actually being catabolic? After the cycle I am going to hit clen to finish it off as well while doing PCT 40mg Nolva 1st wk with 100mg clomid then moving to 20mg Nolva and 50mg clomid wks 2-3 starting PCT 1.5 wks after last shot. Do you think I should really up my protein while on T3 and post cycle for the clen to help keep muscle loss to a minimum? I am eating around 1g per lb of body weight right now e/d is that enough? Should I up it just while taking the T3 and clen or should I up it all together or just roll where I am at? I do have a bit of a head cold right now. Maybe thats it and I am just being paranoid. All help is always appreciated. Full cycle is 12 wks by the way. :chomp:

i would probably believe this
but aqdd anabolics to the fire and you have a whole different game \
i have noticed better results with higher protein levels while on anabolics 2-3 grams is what i shoot for while on
 
i go as high as 3.5 grams of protien per lb of BW. ESPECIALLY on T3. 50 mcg a day effectively doubles the bodies natural metabolic influce from the Thyroid(the normal endogenous output for T3 is 26 Mcg/dayy). It will quickly put the body into a catabolic state because of the massive nutriional input needed to maintain such a torrid paced metabolism. Whn this is combined with high AAS doses and other muscle building chemistry the bodies demand for nutrients is sky high.
To be honest I never grew well until I adhered to this high protien intake. Clinically I know guys who are struggling to gain weight @ 150 lbs and monsters who ar close to 300 lbs and still packing on more mass. Guess which group is adhereing to the higher protien intake?

To gain mass I recommend for an AAS user 21-25 Calories per lb of BW(actual number will vary based on protocol and the individuals genetic makeup) with 40% Carbs, 40% protien and 20% healthy fats for the mesomorph. ectomorphs can run the carbs as high as 50% and bring the protien down to 35% and the fats down to 15%. whereas endomorphs need to drop the carbs as low as 30%, bring the protien to 50% and leavethe fat where it is.

Thanks for the advice. Please keep in mind I am trying to drop weight not gain. I want to drop about 10-15lbs while keeping all my muscle. Do you think upping my protein intake that much will pack pounds on? I am definitely not trying to bulk, I want to cut. I was thinking 1.5g to 2g max. I have taken 2 before and had a pretty rough tim dropping weight. I am def low carb low fat high protein diet now. Cardio 3x wk working out 5 days. What do you think?
