thanks jkurz...having short arms (only 5'6) definitely helps. Although for a competition with a pause on the chest Id get a little less weight. I have good form no bounce on the chest and my ass and feet dont move. I havent maxed for a few months but got 340 for 3 my last chest workout. In a month or so when i use m1t again im gonna try and get 4 plates.
325@ 210. Wasn't as clean as I would have like it to be though. Took it down a little to fast and hit the chest with a tad of force rather than just a light touch. Learned from it though.
