I do maybe 4-5 sets total all to real balls to the wall failure, that includes one warm up set. (when I am off gear that is)
1xflys supersetted with 1x incline DB press
1x substantially heavier set of flat DB press, lower reps
1x cable crossover
One thing you may want to consider is, are you really going to failure? I encounter a lot of people who think they are, but they are simply dropping the weight when it becomes painful.
Let's say at the end of your set, which you think you went to failure, I came up from behind you wielding a nice .44 magnum and stuck in to the back of your head and said "4 more reps mother fucker!" would you be able to do anymore or would you do 10 more, probably the later....
