How many of you take fish oil every day?

I've been taking 6g (3600mg EPA, 2400mg DHA) of fish oil since the summer. I was wondering how many people here use fish oil every day, and if you have noticed anything from it.

I've made a lot of improvements to my body since I've been taking it, but not sure if the fish oil is helping or not...been training my ass off and strict dieting, I'm sure the fish oil has helped though.

I have also been able to get leaner, and feel better since I started a daily fish oil regimen. Its really the only variable I have changed, so I think it has helped quite a bit. I am taking a Fish/Flax/Borage Oil blend myself.

I have read studies that conclude adding at least 6grams of Fish Oil to ones existing diet (no change) will cause people to lose BF.

Just curious, what brand Fish Oil are you taking JG1?
 
I'm using the NOW brand Super EPA fish oil caps....10 caps daily(two with each meal)
 
I do-use Carlsons liquid fish oil:one teaspoon=800mg epa, 500dha, 300mg other omega 3's

Carlsons is a very nice brand, clean. I carry it in my store.-valerie
 
Hmmm, I've heard a lot of good things about using fish oil, but what exactly is in it that makes it so useful?
 
you can also eat fatty fish (salmon, sardins,...)

they also contain EPA and DHA

and less expensive
