When I cut for example my shoulder routine looks like this:
shoulder press 3 sets of 10
db press 3 sets of 10
bent over flies 3 sets of 10
one arm db press 120lbs db at 5 reps for 3 sets
one arm side laterals 3 sets of 10


remember the basics.
