I'm currently in the process where I want to shed fat. I'm eating low calories and low carbs. I'm also eating low in sodium but high in protein. But what about fat? What should I NOT exceed in grams per day to maximize fat lose?? No more than 40grams per day? 50? 60???? Also take into consideration that I'm taking Lecithin which is 1gram of fat per capsule and I'll probably be taking CLA and r-ALA.
