How many days a week does everyone lift when on a cycle?

Im off cycle at moment and just wondering how many times you guys lift a week?

I read some pros train twice a day does anyone lift twice a day?
 
6 days a week on 3 of those days I do two work outs with the second one being HIIT cardio...or tabata. I recover super fast from lifting

I lift 5-6 days a week both on and off. While on I just do more volume. It's not necessarily planned but when your hard sets feel easier and easier I just do another couple to make sure I get to the leverl of fatiue I'm use too.

I don't put much effeort into 1 rep max's on cycle anymore as I found that it always sky rockets but then drops off 5-10% almost immediately when I'm done my cycle. It's also a lot easier on the joints while on. During a cycle I like to take my current 3 rep max and and try to turn it into a 6-10 rep max over the cycle. I find I don't loose as much strength when I come off.
