High Bros I always eat sweet Potatoes for my daily carbs, plus Wheat bread and Otmeal and Veggies. But personally I have never known how much carbs are in sweet potatoes per once. Anyone have an Idea?

sweet man thank you. So a cup mashed 11.06 oz is about 58 grams of carbs awesome now I guess I'm eating enough carbs lol I thought I was not.
