how long is it okay to keep cooked chicken in the fridge

I was thinking about cooking in bulk so my weekly chicken would be ready made?

is it okay to leave in the fridge for lets say 5 days?

I'd be cooking approx 10 chicken breasts - pasta - and a bunch of other things...

or are th ere specific technqiues to keep the food fresh and not moldy!

You cook it and freeze some.
the ones you freeze, undercook a little some when u microwave it . It wont be dry

they should be good for the week.. i cook on sunday's my meats.. put them in containers.. then re-heat them when i want to eat.

i also cook veggies and brown rice. so i can put a meal together in a jiffy. meat quality makes a difference.
