I was thinking about cooking in bulk so my weekly chicken would be ready made?
is it okay to leave in the fridge for lets say 5 days?
I'd be cooking approx 10 chicken breasts - pasta - and a bunch of other things...
or are th ere specific technqiues to keep the food fresh and not moldy!
