Mine starts at around 36 hours, then lasts for up to 4 or 5 days. Cant sit down to pee without being in pain, going down stairs makes you feel like crying. Right now Im doing legs every other week, really heavy. Im lucky if I dont puke those days, but I love it!!!!!
