How does this look?

Do you think that's a good leg work out?
I was thinking of adding One-Leg Bench Squats, maybe jump lunges, good mornings, and possible deadlifts and other variations of DL's.
I don't have a Squat Rack so I can't really do Squats or Box Squats.
What do you think? And is my chest/upper body work out good?
I'm a sprinter so leg work is pretty important.

ok first thing first...sprinter = HAMSTRINGS..gotta work them babys. add some SLDL and leg curls to that leg day and your on your way..

i used to do sprints myself..but i never followed a specialzed weight program (maybe thats why i sucked). but id lean a little more towards bodybuilding with my upper body at least.
