I am three weeks out and am right where I want to be. I was holding fast. Lifting as heavy as I was when I was bulking. I am on CLA, HMB and glutamine. Tuesday of last week I got the stomach flu and couldn't hold anything down for 2 days. I lost three lbs and now am back to eating regularly. I have not recovered the weight and can live with that. Yesterday I was showing trace ketones and today I am throwing them like a big dog. Is this just my body recovering from the depletion from the flu and with the diet I am on (and was able to maintain my ideal weight) will rebound or do I need to do something else right now to stop the ketosis? If so what suggestions do any of you have, I would be interested in hearing them.
I am still doing AM cardio but a very low level of intesity. I guess I am afraid to make any radical changes...but I sure would like to stop this trend.
