How does Israel control the US

Israel has a GDP 1/3 the size of Argentina, and even though jews are successful the majority of Jews in the US tend to vote democratic. So how does Israel pull the strings.

Well.....they don't.

The power elite of the jews live where ever they choose.

I use the word Israelis because it sounds more open than Jews.

as for jews voting democratic, why on earth would that have an effect on our policy to israel? Joe Leiberman is a huge Israel supporter and he's a Dem.

Not really on either side of the fence here but just to throw out a thought......why then does the U.S. always align with Israel over the Palestinians? That's just an example, I'm sure there are many more......how does this happen? There must be something going on behind closed doors between the U.S. and Israel....

it's not israel. it's the conservative right. they regard israel as the holy land and believe it should be supported at all costs. they are the ones who control us policy on israel and right now they control all 3 branches of government.

Israel certainly doesn't control US policy decisions. It's just that the US tends to support democratic governments. Throughout US history we have supported questionable and inhumane "democratic" regimes around the world.

So in other words, this is just the Christian 'right' aligning with the Jews in a modern day crusade against Muslims?
