I've got 2 huge bags of individually frozen chicken breasts and like to cook them on the stove in a little bit of pam or olive oil.
My favorite way is dip it in some egg and roll it in the shaker type parmesan cheese for a crispy coating. Not sure if the parm is allowed though as I am trying to lower my bf.
Hoping some of you can shed some light on some easy seasonings to flavor up my stovetop breasts .
