holly cow my test results aren't looking too good

Went to get my blood work done and everything looks good except for the most important stuff right below. Testosterone Serum seems really really low for someone that's 28 years old. Free test seems a bit under also I believe.

Some of this might have to do with the fact that over past 1 and a half year or so I've barely had any time to hit the gym and my work outs have been very inconsistent. I'm talking like going a month or longer without hitting the weights, then getting in a few work outs then off for a couple of weeks and so on...

I've gotten my work in check with my schedule now and haven't missed any work outs for a month or so and plan on keeping it that way. I did the blood work to see where I stand and as it seems it's not looking as good as I thought I was hoping i'd get some advice on how to get these numbers up. My plan is to get everything in check naturally if possible, without any kind of supplements and such. I'm currently doing the paleo diet, a good routine and have been thinking about doing crossfit just to make sure i stick to a plan and get these numbers back in the normal range.

anyone ever have their test results this low? how does one go bout getting this taken care of? I appreciate for all the advice in advance..
 
That's not that bad bro. I'm only 22 and when I got bloods the first time right after I finished a n2bm pct (worst pct I've even done) my test levels were 84.
 
I ran the following the protocol
1-4 unleashed/ post cycle
1-4 clomid 25mg ed
1-4 daa
1-4 forma

And my cycle was the following
1-6 test p 150mg eod
3-6 mast p 150mg eod

So you ran the PCT the first four weeks of your cycle? Should be after the cycle unless you meant the first four weeks after cycle was finished...

you could of been suppressed going into this cycle to begin with. what were your bloods like before you started this cycle? what was your LH after? your total T being 86 just isn't enough information to determine anything. had you run hcgenerate during cycle and kickstarted pct with some hcg you would of recovered much faster.

you did end up recovering i'm sure, it just took a little thime. test prop is very very suppressive, you pretty much had raisin nuts by week 4, so 5 weeks isn't enough time to recover from it. time on= time off + pct. so a blood test after 10 full weeks after pct would be more accurate and fair. and had you run what i recommended above i bet you could of recoverd in half that time
 
On other cycles I've used hcg during my cycle and during pct, but I decided to give the pct protocol that the mods here recommend to see how it worked and it simply didn't work.
 
I wonder if doing a light PCT would bump it up and keep it up? im really just tryin to get above 700 or so
 
Bro, hit a nice cycle of HCGenerate and PhytoSERM-347 and stay away from anything that can suppress. Hit a bottle of each and do blood tests again to let everybody know how it went.
 
Hcg needs to be a staple in pct. I don't know why some people don't recommend it. It has to be a necessity for recovery. Blast it first three weeks or so ur nuts come right back along w the other stuff mentioned but hcg a must
