should i involve a high carb day or a low carb day on my offdays while im on moderate carbs.

my split is four days on one day off. Or should i just keep it mod carb the whole way through.

I would do the latter, although on heavy lift days, I allot myself a bit more carbs.

There's no real need to vary it. Gym sessions don't use that much energy - heck we gotta work too. That uses plenty.

cycling carbs has been something humans have done for 2M years.

athletes do it all the time, it is very standard.

i don't like the low carb or no carb fad diets. also don't mix up eating bread, pasta, and pizza as what constitutes 'a carb'.. none of those are things you should eat

eat HEALTHY carbs. things that come from the earth without added shit to them

Off days are better left to low carb days. Eat higher carbs on the days you train and need them

I usually just feel out my energy after workouts and sometimes will up my carb loads. Depends whats going on.
