High Blood Pressure Concern - HELP!

Here's my story:

I am 41. 6' tall and 225 pounds. Non smoker/Non drinker. Drink tons of water follow a keto style diet with cheat days here and there. Cardio just about every day of the week. Occasionally will skip it on Sunday.

Week 1-10: Test @500mg per week.
Week 1-10: Deca @450mg per week.
Week 1-7: D-bol @20mg per day.
*Should have taken A-dex from day 1, but waited until I felt some nipple sensitivity.
*Seemed to stop it from getting worse, but didn't clear it up so I switched to Letro @2.5mg per day.
Week 11-20: Test @ 500mg, TrenE @250mg and MastE @250mg per week.
During week 11 I have my blood pressure checked because I knew I was stressed out pretty bad by work and kids.
I was also having some flushing in the face.
Week 12: Took one last shot of Test, but only at TRT dose.

My BP was 165/90 and my heart rate was anywhere from 78-105. The did an EKG and it showed some movement from my last one when BP was fine.
They put me on Lisinopril at 10mg's per day and I've only been on it for 3 days now.

I go to my family doctor in the morning for blood work and a full physical.

At the end of next week I am going to start my PCT.
I have the following:
Clomid
Exemestane
DAA
LGI Rehab (a pct product with natty test boosters and Arimistane)
I also ordered and will start immediately on more OTC support supps.
LGI Damage Control which has NAC, Hawthorne, Celery Seed and Tudca among others.
IML Advanced Cyc Support which has all the usual suspects but has milk thistle instead of Tudca.
Thinking about getting some Arginine, Fish Oil and Apple Cider Vinegar as well.

I am shitting my pants thinking I've damaged myself beyond repair.

I need some counseling. Or maybe a hug. :)

In all seriousness, should I worry about my PCT fucking up my BP even more? I need someone to talk me down off the ledge.

Thoughts and opinions on PCT and how I should run it. I am a sponge.

Thanks Guys.

This always helps with my bp
I'm on deca now estrogen is in check but bp still gets outta wack !!

Have u donated blood lately?

The lisinopril should help, I prefer ramipril which is in the same class: ACE inhibitors. ACE inhibitors are a good choice 'cause they usually have zero side effects and AAS upregulate the angiotensin2 vasoconstriction response, so it makes perfect sense to counteract this when BP is high.

Arginine supplementation, like 5-10g before bed may reduce BP.
Also Agmatine has an even clearer effect than Arg, but it's more expensive.

But don't worry, you will be fine as soon as you get the BP in check.

I'm 63 and have to take lisinopril every day wether i'm on or off cycle, also taking lipid stable, fish & flax seed oil, taurine and a good mulit/vit-mineral tablet everyday. If lisinopril is not enought i would see if your DR will switch you to Corgard.

Once you come off everything all should start returning to normal.
Next cycle use an AI and try to eat cleaner,,less sodium,,more water,,etc...

I was diagnosed mild hypertension and was very reluctant to go on prescription meds so with a little research got onto Hawthorn Berry. Gone from 150/100 to 130/70

n2guard has it, as well as many other ingredients

these compounds have been used for hundreds of years for organ health.. they really do work. everyone wants to hop on drugs for blood pressure, but they don't want to go the natural route. the drug companies are smiling
