I am considering having a vial of chinese HGH
send to a Lab for testing. Does anyone know here I could
send it and how much it wuld cost.

Testing rHGH is is a tad more expensive than testing any other AS. You usually can get an AS tested for around $100 while rHGH is allot more.

Here is quote I received awhile back.

Total will be:

Test - $ 250
Standard - $ 350
Rush Fee - $ 50
Total Amount - $ 650

As you can see the standard for this particular product is extremely expensive.
The standard will be viable for 21 days after put in to solution for the test.
Should you need another test of this product during that time, the standard
would not be charged again since we could use your existing standard purchased.
However, after 21 days we would have to initiate a new standard.
