HGH and fat reduction

I have read that HGH can be used for spot reduction of fat. Anyone ever done this? I thought I read that it was injected sub Q in the fatty area with an insulin needle, but dont recall dosages. Any thoughts?

I heard the same any luck on this information? Im was thinking of trying myself...let me know.

I have used it and never noticed any spot reduction of fat.
If you are using it at night you are essentially throwing it away. When you sleep your body naturally produces gh. When you take it at night you stop your bodies natural production!
There are quite a few threads on this board about this subject. That is one expensive mistake to make!
