HGH and fat reduction

I have read that HGH can be used for spot reduction of fat. Anyone ever done this? I thought I read that it was injected sub Q in the fatty area with an insulin needle, but dont recall dosages. Any thoughts?

I use hgh regularly, or have been for a few months.

I put in my belly phat and yes indeed, it works as
a fat burner, but you still have to do your crunches...

I use 4 IU EOD.

Works great! Obviously can't go as deep as a belly shot. Usually stick the pin in only about halfway. My neck tends to develop welts much, much more readily than my stomach, but once they've faded away, a tiny bit of fat has gone with them. 2iu ED adds up.

I've been doing gh exclusively in my neck for about a month because I knew I'd be trying lipostabil in my belly eventually and didn't want to mix the results. Started the lipo last week.

BTW, you can't use gh for face shots. Got goofy one day and tried to inject into my cheek. Must have hit a nerve because my entire cheek started spasming. I must have looked like Jim Carey.
