No, honestly i am having no stomach-discomfort or anything like that... and I shit once a day, MAYBE twice but everything is all normal.

I guess a lot of people have Sesapure do a number on their stomach, but for me it has never seemed to bother me much. I have only taken 4 at a time a few times when i knew i was about to eat like shit. Other than that, I take 2 before every meal except dinner i take 3.
