Hey Natural Dudes - How Come You Are Natural?

I'm scared to take roids, cause i know all my friends and family will see my size gains and ask me..... i dunno im kind of shy about that shit and i dont want to disapoint my dad i guess.. ( im only 19yrs old and still supported by him) but it would be nice to see your gains with hard work with some help ya know? I dunno my friend has been really putting the presure on me to take them so im thinking about it all the time. I just dont want to be the guy everyone is talking about in the gym or at home saying i'm taking roids.... :(

Myself, I trained naturally for over ten years and got as big as my body would allow that way. Now it's time to take it to the next level, I don't look down on those who only want to train naturally, or did I feel that way about guys that juiced while I was still natural, it's all about personal choices!
Steroids can be used to take you to the next level and beyond without significant health risks, you just have to use your head!

i dont have anything against the ones that juice..as long as they stand by their choice. the worst thing i know is people who you know use drugs, deny it when you ask them. even when you hold their syringe under their nose they deny it. if you take the step, then be man enough to admitt it.

Now that I've made that choice, I have no problem admitting it, I see no wrong nor am I embarassed by it. The only ones who I think should be embarassed are those that use gear as a quick fix because they are too lazy or impatient to put in their time naturally first!

I guess mostly because I have never thought that getting big was worth possibly losing my hair and other reported side effects. Also, as you can find in some of my other posts, my goal is not getting freaky huge. Just want to get bigger, then ripped. I feel I can do this without steroids.

I stay natral because , for one , i cant afford steroids and i dont want bitch tits either. Ive seen too many guys with nasty ass pimplie shoulders and backs, not to mention most guys i see at the gym have do rags covering there bald side effect hair loss heads. Thats just plain disgusting.

I find it interesting that people take gear to get women...
Particularly because most women don't even care for extremely muscular men(There are exceptions of course.) Most women I know find even Arnold a bit scary. So if you're bodybuilding to get the girls, I think you're expending a lot of effort in the wrong direction.

For me it is just a personal preference. I have thought of using gear many many times and if I would know that if I did use I would get paid such as a pro contract for any sport I would be saying were do I stick this needle in. For me I stay natural to see how far I can take it naturally. I dont want to spend the money on it. I have a retirement goal for the age of 45 and wouldnt be able to keep that on track if I used gear. I also have a destroyed knee that pretty much stops me from training legs really hard. They are 29" right now and I am very happy with that from were they came but it is to the point that even with the brace my knee can no longer sustain any higher weight I would use eventhough my leg muscles are strong enough to go higher. If I didnt blow my knee out when I was younger I would go as far as to say I would be a using gear right now.

As for the health risks. Now anything used to a level of abuse can kill ya. I mean if you drink a six pack a day do you think your liver is gonna hold out for a full life dont plan on it. Even for people like me I do not smoke but I am in a smoke filled room at work 4 to 5 days of the week at the club. That is terrible for me. So gear used knowledgably and the proper way isnt any more dangerous than other people bad habits.

I think that's patently false. Oh, sure, most of them say that they don't like "musclemen," but, think about it. How many times have girlies walked up to you and played with your muscles and drooled over whatever bodypart they happen to be fondling? For me, it's a lot. Plus, even with gear, I don't think many people would or could, whichever you wish to think, get as big as Arnold or any pro of today or yesteryear. To go back to the women, I think the reason that they don't like "musclemen," or say they don't, is because men in good shape make their girlfriends feel inferior and self-conscious. I'm not trying to be sexist or whatever here either. I'm speaking from what I've heard and personal experience. My ex knew me in high school when I was fat. Well, I'm certainly not fat anymore, and she always said to me that I made her feel uncomfortable and self-conscious because I had made a dramatic improvement and she had lost her "girlish figure."

blood and iron is right, I have a cie bulky build, no six pack, but im not fat. I have a cute girlfreind, she hates six packs, although it would be nice to have.
