Hey girls

yea, men get it when their estrogen level (the level sort of follows the level of testosterone and some steroids convert easily to estrogen) is too high and is usually the first warning sign of gyno (man boobs) are forming. for some its itching, some pain, some a bit of both (me). men just take an anti-estrogen or anti-prolactin /progesterone (which are actually used in women w/cancer) but not a good idea for women. you may want to watch your intake of soy products, phytoestrogens, and whole milk.

a good vitimin store has natural stuff to combat it....my wife takes some sort juice extracts that help menstrual/breast pain.

LMBoobsoff. Wow, the only time mine were super itchy was during pregnancy so it probably is something hormonal. Sounds like you already got some good advice from Eddy but lotion can't hurt that's for sure. :bigkiss:

I checked with my wife--it is called "Juice Plus Garden Blend" --by NSA out of Tennessee

oh, as a rule I am usually never here--just saw the thread when it was new and chimed-in...so feel free to resume talking about all those secret things we know you talk about.....and most menz would not understand anyway:)
