thanks man...yea bein in the 250's at clints may be harsh, but i'm sure you could do it if ya just try. just go with what feels right and you'll do fine. you did great at this contest.
You have a few weeks to work on it. Any way that you can do timed holds with the bar? Deadlift holds? Hercule's Hold simulations in the cable crossover rack?
