i can handle lettuce, spinach, and asparagus w/ holandais sauce.

just wondering.....why short cycles? I know lots of people like them, but, my self being a hardgainer, prefer longer....like 20 weeks or so at low doses. Deca 300mg-400mg, with some test 400mg or so, works like a charm. The faster you gain the weight, the faster you can lose it. Just my opinion...your diet looks cool to me...don't forget all natural peanut butter!
 
short cycles because they are safer, less harsh on your system, easy to recover from cause you dont shut down, small gains so its easier to hold on to, nearly no chance of side effects (im worried about acne and hairloss) because im only on for 2 weeks and neither of those usually kick in until atleast 3-4weeks of being on. I figure i lost 15 of the 20lbs i put on in a 7 week cycle, so why not try gaining 5lbs every 6 weeks (over 6 months) and it will be much easier on my body and not a ton of weight gain to try to maintain.
 
I don't have a problem with short cycles but, I don't think 2 weeks of anavar will supply that much. Most people need to take multiple weeks to gain the full effect of it.
 
BodybyFina seems to know his shit on Diet. BByFina...can you help me out on my next bulking cycle diet? Just sick and tired of eating the same shit. Fucking brown rice, yams,wheat bread, oats. Is there anything else better?
 
paridhm....yeah, i was thinking that too. but ive heard different things about it. maybe i should remove the var all together and just sell it. i know it cant hurt at all to use it, but it may just be a waste of money. anyone think i should keep it or remove it?
 
112oz. of Crystal Light a day... Hmm, that contains aspartame right? I know it's mostly water and about 70 extra calories per day but that's a lot of aspartame and probably some other chemicals....but what the hey with all those other drugs I guess it's relatively nothing.

I guess I'm posting this for my own curiousity. Anyone know if all that Crystal Light might be a bad thing?
 
I would not say short cycles cause you not to be shut down. I think that would be a false statement. However some individuals do find it easier to recover from a short cycle. They also allow less time of walking around with a shitty lipid profile. I would assume as soon as the aas is kicking in your HTPA is going to be shutdown. Longer cycles for individuals sometimes can be harder to recover from. However your choice of compounds could add or subtract from this equation as well....
