here goes...upcoming clean bulking diet/aas plan

ok, heres the deal.

im 21 180-185lbs 5'9" about 9-10%bf

after about 3 months finishing my first cycle ive basically lost everything. what it came down to was my diet went to shit. and i dont think my body was too keen on the extra weight i had gained in 6-7 weeks, which is why im going to do a series of short 2 weekers.

my cycle will look like this:

test prop days 1-11 eod 100mg, frontload w/ 300mg
dbol days 1-14 30mg ed
anavar days 1-14 40mg ed
clomid - start day 15 300mg, 50mg ed for 20days
liguidex - .5 eod for day 1-14
nolvadex - throughout entire cycle
tylers liver throughout

4 weeks off and repeat, will do this 4 times

and my diet is as follows:

clean bulking diet:

meal 1:
5 egg whites, 4oz steak, 1.5 cups shredded potatoes, whole wheat english muffin w/ ls jam, 16oz crystal light

meal 2:
5-6oz ground lean turkey breast, 1 cup(uncooked) brown rice, 1 cup steamed spinach, 16oz crystal light

meal 3:
meal replacement bar of some kind.......................any suggestions??
16oz crystal light

meal 4:
6-8oz chicken breast, 6.5" wholewheat pita, 1/2 cup each onions and peppers, 3tsp lite mayo, 16oz crystal light

meal 5:
1 scoop MASS weight gainer, 1 scoop designer protien, 1/2 cup LF van ice cream, 1 tbsp peanut bttr, 1 whole, banana, 12oz skim milk, 16oz crystal light

meal 6:
6 oz albacore tuna, baked potato w/ olive oil butter spray, salad(2 cups romaine, 1 cup cherry tomatoes, olive oil), 16oz crystal light

meal 7:
6-8oz chicken breast, 6.5" wholewheat pita, 1/2 cup each onions and peppers, 3tsp lite mayo, 16oz crystal light

this should net me around 4000cals, 500g carbs, 350g protien, 60g fat....not exact, just a rough estimate.



So, 6 months from now i hoping for around 15-20 good solid lbs. keeping everything and droping some bf. id like to end up around 200-205 w/ about 7-8% bf. im sure alot of people have something to say about this, either my diet or cycle plan, so let me hear it! :p
 
yup...

clomid - start day 15 300mg, 50mg ed for 20days
nolvadex - throughout entire cycle (probably 40-50days after completion of last cycle, so ill be on nolva for like 180-200 days straight....does anyone see a problem with being on nolva that long??)
 
Honestly bro, your diet is not that clean (the english muffin and jam...abd the meal replacement bar???... and you need to go through and find all the hydrogenated oils in this on), you could stand a nother meal or two. You are deficient in a number of fats (60 grams of fat a day and you are trying to gain lbm fast?), and need more green vegetables.
 
I suspect that on this stack you will make some gains (much fo it water due to some defiencies that will reduce actually muscle growth in your diet) due to the agressive nature of your stack, and will immediately begin to detrain and lose most of your gains due to the huge flux in anabolic hormones followed by a rapid reduction in them.
 
thanks bbfplix, what do you suggest i change then? only reason for the meal replacement bar is that i will be in school when i need to eat and i cant have a meal. How do you mean im trying to gain fast?? This will be my diet over 6 months and hopefully i can do about 20lbs. i dont think thats very quick. tell me what you would change. thanks
 
1)You need more EFA's. Add 3-4 tbs of flax oil to your diet.
2)Remove the weight gainer shake.
3) your choice of carbs could be better. Drop the bananna, the potatoe and the jam. You need to replace some of your other carbs with whole oats or barley. Try adding some plain yogurt.
4) stop being so afraid of fat. You should be more concerned with eating too many and the wrong type of carbs if your concern is fat gain while trying ot make gains in lbm. That low fat diet is going to kill you when you come off the gear each time. Higher fat intakes yield higher natural testosterone production and lower shbg levels. Keeping it that low will delay your ability to recover post cycle, as well as reduce the gains you make from the gear itself.

Can he use cottage cheese in place of yogurt?

ok.. i forgot to add the flax, im going to take that im the am and fish oil caps at night.
so if i add in the flax and change all the lf stuff to regular would i be alright?
i hate greens veggies, would veggie concentrate vitamins be a good replacement or is that not the concern (i suppose your talking about carbs not vitamins correct)
