ok, heres the deal.
im 21 180-185lbs 5'9" about 9-10%bf
after about 3 months finishing my first cycle ive basically lost everything. what it came down to was my diet went to shit. and i dont think my body was too keen on the extra weight i had gained in 6-7 weeks, which is why im going to do a series of short 2 weekers.
my cycle will look like this:
test prop days 1-11 eod 100mg, frontload w/ 300mg
dbol days 1-14 30mg ed
anavar days 1-14 40mg ed
clomid - start day 15 300mg, 50mg ed for 20days
liguidex - .5 eod for day 1-14
nolvadex - throughout entire cycle
tylers liver throughout
4 weeks off and repeat, will do this 4 times
and my diet is as follows:
clean bulking diet:
meal 1:
5 egg whites, 4oz steak, 1.5 cups shredded potatoes, whole wheat english muffin w/ ls jam, 16oz crystal light
meal 2:
5-6oz ground lean turkey breast, 1 cup(uncooked) brown rice, 1 cup steamed spinach, 16oz crystal light
meal 3:
meal replacement bar of some kind.......................any suggestions??

6-8oz chicken breast, 6.5" wholewheat pita, 1/2 cup each onions and peppers, 3tsp lite mayo, 16oz crystal light
meal 5:
1 scoop MASS weight gainer, 1 scoop designer protien, 1/2 cup LF van ice cream, 1 tbsp peanut bttr, 1 whole, banana, 12oz skim milk, 16oz crystal light
meal 6:
6 oz albacore tuna, baked potato w/ olive oil butter spray, salad(2 cups romaine, 1 cup cherry tomatoes, olive oil), 16oz crystal light
meal 7:
6-8oz chicken breast, 6.5" wholewheat pita, 1/2 cup each onions and peppers, 3tsp lite mayo, 16oz crystal light
this should net me around 4000cals, 500g carbs, 350g protien, 60g fat....not exact, just a rough estimate.
So, 6 months from now i hoping for around 15-20 good solid lbs. keeping everything and droping some bf. id like to end up around 200-205 w/ about 7-8% bf. im sure alot of people have something to say about this, either my diet or cycle plan, so let me hear it!
