currently i do the 5x5 program, on a 4 day split,
Monday - Chest
Tuesday - Back/Shoulders
Wednesday - Off
Thursday - Off
Friday - Legs
Saturday - Arms
Sun - Off
I'm wondering if doing the 5x5, and a negative on the last set of each of my 2 primary lifts of the day will be helpful?
